Steuben - Love (love embrace)

Dit kristallen beeldje is gemaakt door Steuben( USA) naar een ontwerp van Katherine de Sousa. Ontwerpster voor o.a. Val Saint Lambert, Kosta Boda ,Steuben. 
Het beeldje stel twee geliefden voor in een innige omhelzing. Het design nummer 8253.  Het heeft een heel kleine beschadiging aan de onderrand,  (zie foto)

Steuben was founded in 1903 by renowned English glass master Frederick Carder, who named it for the New York State county where the town of Corning is located. In 1918, Steuben (pronounced with the accent on the last syllable) became part of Corning Glass Works, now Corning Incorporated.
