North Brabant Association of Visual Artists Jeroen Bosch

In 1947, the artists' association Jeroen Bosch was the successor of the Breda art circle. These associations opened the eyes of Breda to culture and painting in general. The artists' association is named after Jeroen Bosch, a painter who lived in the 15th century and who has become known for his innovations in the visual tradition. In 1953 the association became the Zuiderkring Artists' Association.
