Kunstveiling.nl B.V. may share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary to execute the contract of sale and to comply with possible statutory obligation(s). We sign a data processing agreement with companies that process your data in our assignment to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Artpeers remains responsible for these processes. Moreover, Kunstveiling may disclose your personal data to other third parties, for example for the billing system. You give your consent by agreeing to our general terms and conditions when creating your Artpeers account.
