Angelique Anna Maria ('Dicky') van Iersel-Rogmans (Renkum, 15 September 1925 – Blaricum, 16 September 1992), painter.
She was married to the artist Pierre van Iersel (1916-1951) and after his death married JPHM ('Jon') Martens. Since then she has signed her works with “A. Martens”. She lived and worked in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Breda and Malaga (Spain).

Angelique Martens-Rogmans was a member of the artists' association 'De Independents' in Amsterdam.
