Fritz Meijer (Swiss, 1900–1975)

In the late 1930s, Swiss painter Fritz Meijer (1900-1969) bought a house in Gandria. He lived in the house and had his studio in Casa Parrucchiere. After his death, his family sold his paintings and postcards from the house for many years. In 2006 the house has been sold.
