Herman Brood (1946-2001) was a true artist in everything. In his music, poems and especially his paintings and silkscreens. Brood worked with great dedication, throwing himself with brushes, paint and spray cans into a hallucinatory adventure time and again, from which he emerged unchanged as the winner. His work shows an enormous drive that he managed to brilliantly translate into form and colour thanks to his perfect mastery of the technique. The great interest in his work was a great incentive for Herman Brood.
