Etching in size H.47 x W.30 cm signed lower right in pencil framed in old frame with glass in size H.62 x W.45 cm Condition: the list with some traces of use/age Jeff Codron (1882-1942) Colored etching - Rue Nivette Bruxelles - 175/350 - signed. This very beautiful colored etching is in very good condition with beautiful bright colours. The period in which this work was made is probably early 1900. This indication of time can be seen in, among other things, the traditional costume of the woman at the bottom right behind the garden wall. The details here on this etching are very important. The stones and cobblestones are almost tangibly drawn in both the walls and the paving stones. Even the rear fireplaces and the turret have stone details.
