Powerful expressionist oil painting by Johan Margaretha Gutlich ( Rotterdam 1920 - Sao Paulo 1980 ) Gutlich studied at the Rotterdam Art Academy. In 1952 he emigrated to Brazil where he successfully exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art ( Sao Paulo ) and the MOM Rio de Janeiro.
