Theo Mackaay is a Dutch sculptor and artist, born in Utrecht in 1950. He studied at the Academy of Visual Arts in Utrecht from 1968 to 1972 and at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam from 1972 to 1974.
