He was at the cradle of “De Drentse Schilders” and the “Drentse Schildersgenootschap”. In 1985 he received the Cultural Prize of Drenthe. Musch is known as a versatile painter, draftsman and watercolourist of landscapes and cityscapes in particular. His style is characterised as colourful and impressionistic.
