Gerrit Rietveld (1888 – 1964) - Berlin chair Two original collotypes of the working drawings of the Berlin chair. Design from 1923 for the “Juryfreie Kunstschau” in Berlin. The collotypes are of a later date, and probably in the handwriting of GA van de Groenekan (1904 – 1994) the regular furniture maker of Gerrit Rietveld. Van de Groenekan took over his workshop in 1924 and continued to produce his furniture until 1971. The drawing includes a handwritten bill of materials and other notes.
